History

March 1. It's on this day every year that I'm reminded of the vital imperative to actively seek knowledge. Black history is not a month in February, nor is it simply for the education of a select few. Black history is HISTORY and an ongoing pursuit.

As the great James Baldwin so eloquently stated “Know from whence you came. If you know whence you came, there are absolutely no limitations to where you can go.”
